When can I expect to receive my package?
All our products are created on demand, this means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you.
Orders are usually processed within 2 business day and shipped within 7 business days (Monday – Friday, Excluding US holidays). During peak seasons (Thanksgiving through Christmas), processing and shipping can take up to 10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified by email along with your tracking number
For US Domestic, we offer 4 options for shipping
- Flat-rate International Shipping of $4.99 ($1.99 extra for each additional item), which takes 12-25 days to arrive.
- DHL Standard Shipping of $6.99, which takes 7-15 days to arrive
- TNT Express of $14.95, which takes 3-7 days to arrive
- DHL Express of $19.95, which takes 3-5 days to arrive
For International, we offer Flat-rate of $6.99 ($1.99 extra for each additional item)
Please note (IMPORTANT): Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.

I placed several orders for different products but only some arrived, how come?
Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don’t have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you’ll probably receive one item before the next. Don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
What is the status of my order?
Most of our products are made-to-order and will ship after production is finished which can take up to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for christian apparel, home decor, phone case, tough case and 60 days for hooded blanket, wallet case, women’s wallet after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
